Interactive Day San Diego 2011

We're just now coming down from the interactive high of Interactive Day San Diego, the action-packed, one-day conference showcasing a dizzying array of the latest in social media, mobile applications, online interaction, and other marketing-related technologies. As a perennial advocate of leveraging digital technologies to engage and influence, we were excited to connect with other leaders in the interactive space. Some of the industry's most influential companies were represented, including speakers from Google, Facebook, Groupon, and SEOmoz.org.

Key takeaways included strategies for leveraging location in loyalty in mobile marketing, best practices for enhancing the user experience on ipads and other tablets, and the importance of engagement and activation in social commerce. All in all, it was a great environment for learning new ways to empower our clients to connect with their consumers - both digitally and face-to-face. And the bayside Happy Hour didn't hurt, either.
