Leading motorcycle tire brand, Dunlop partnered with Cuker to build an award winning, best-in-class, game changing website experience.
Dunlop tires are known for their quality and legacy within the Moto industry. Dunlop selected Cuker to develop the iconic brand’s digital strategy for a new website that represents the authority of the brand, includes segmented messaging, an easier method for content updates, and delivers an easy experience for finding the right tire fitment for your bike.
We partnered with the Dunlop team to take a deep dive into the buying experience, and the needs and desires for their multiple customer segments. A strategy was developed for market segmentation, tailoring the brand to Off Road, Harley, Road, and Sport/Race categories. We then created a product selector helping consumers choose the right tire for their particular make and model of bike, while the product detail pages provide comprehensive tire information, with zoom, alternate images, find a retailer, and other powerful merchandising features.
Both core enthusiasts and new customers can experience the Dunlop brand by browsing an immersive media center with photo galleries and videos ranging from events to simple how-to’s. To further inform the consumer we developed several animated videos that communicate the technology features that set Dunlop Motorcycle tires apart from the rest. The website was developed on an easy to use CMS that empowered the Dunlop team to make ongoing content updates.
