The Goal
The goal of the partnership was to successfully launch Elli Quark as a new-to-market brand, educate consumers on the benefits of quark, and drive awareness at scale.
This meant building a strong brand foundation, creating a compelling digital presence, and supporting retail distribution with consumer demand. At the same time, Elli needed to differentiate itself in the crowded yogurt and dairy-alternative space by clearly communicating its nutritional benefits, taste, and versatility.
The Approach
The approach centered on building a cohesive and modern brand identity across every touchpoint, from packaging design to digital experience. Cuker designed and launched Elli’s website with a focus on education and storytelling, helping introduce quark to new consumers while clearly communicating its benefits and positioning.
In parallel, Cuker established Elli’s social media presence, creating content designed to build awareness, engage consumers, and drive trial. Messaging focused on the product’s health benefits, creamy texture, and versatility as an everyday snack.
Across all channels, the strategy worked to both educate and inspire, positioning Elli Quark as a differentiated, lifestyle-driven brand while supporting its expansion into retail.
