The Goal
When OluKai came to Cuker they had not yet adapted and were missing out on the digital opportunity. Our goal was to boost OluKai’s online sales, drive traffic, increase brand awareness, support their loyal community of specialty retailers and support sales at Nordstrom. With our new eCommerce platform, we wanted to create a buying experience that would replicate the excitement you feel as you pick up, hold, and try on a premium product.

The Approach
We started by developing a user experience that would give prominence to the product itself, using large imagery so that consumers could easily see important details like craftsmanship and the rich textures of the materials. We designed the website and eCommerce experience with a mobile first perspective, leveraging responsive design for optimal delivery across all devices. We then incorporated lifestyle imagery and authentic storytelling to portray the brand philosophy and values behind the product. To achieve maximum brand exposure, we supported the new site with a 360 digital marketing campaign, search marketing, and email marketing.
